Web Developer

Responsible for the design, layout and coding of a website. They are involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website - how the site works and how it looks. They can also be involved with the maintenance and update of an existing site. Strive to create visually appealing sites that features user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Meeting clients to identify their needs and liaising regularly with them;
2. Drawing up detailed website specifications;
3. Designing sample page layouts including text size and colors;
4. Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs;
5. Registering web domain names and organizing the hosting of the website;
6. Presenting initial design ideas to client;
7. Coding using a variety of software;
8. Working with different content management systems;
9. Search engine optimization;
10. Meeting relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy;
11. Designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client;
12. Proofreading content and grammar and making changes where necessary;
13. Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages;
14. Working with other web specialists including web developers and graphic designers;
15. Testing the website to ensure it is working;
16. Handing the completed website over to the client;
17. Post-sales technical support;
18. Researching current design trends;
19. continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments
Skills/Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1 Yr. Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design/Development or equivalent.
• Should have in-depth knowledge and extensive experience using APK development, APP android, APP IOS, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, and any web authoring tools, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JQuery, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, XML, Java, PHP,.Net, SQL, Oracle, MySQL and other database engines
