Assistant to Country Manager (Working Location: Manila)

Note: this is a full time office-based job, not home-based virtual assistant job.

1. Assist the country manager to deal with the daily work of the office and arrange the schedule.
2. Assist in organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes.
3. Receive customer visits.
4. Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, PPT, bidding documents, etc.
5. Accompany the country manager for business negotiation, communication, contract communication, etc.
6. Coordinate all exhibitions, seminars and other marketing activities in the ---------- pability Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good oral and written ability in English; Mandarin ability would be a big pus. Master degree preferred.
2. Good image and temperament.
3. Positive working attitude and strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate within and between departments.
4. Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Applicants with IT background and ability to learn company software products are preferred.
