Ecommerce VA with graphic design skills

You'll be joining a small team of smart individuals passionate about the Ecommerce Space.

Virtual Assistant with Very Good English Writing Skills Wanted! Pay + Bonuses + 13th Month Pay + Sick Days + Vacation + Holidays for full time employees.

We are looking for a VA for our operations team.

If you were on our team this week, some of your tasks would include the following below. We don't believe in throwing you into the pool and hoping you will swim well. We try to provide accurate training via a video SOP of tasks and we use Slack and Google Drive extensively.

- Order entry
- Invoice creation, sending invoices, and marketing invoices as paid
- Filing online claim for lost packages
- Entering track numbers
- Designing new graphics such as basic package inserts, pdfs, email graphics, product cleaning (removing background) logos made from text logo google fonts, image optimization (customers will send images in with low dpi and need help getting it into a more clearer format), putting together very basic logos
- Customer support related to customer orders - where is my order, etc.
- Refunds
- Reconcile transactions in accounting software.
- Social media response and native posting of new news in industry
- Cost tracking via excel
- Quarterly sales tax report preparation - video is provided so you don't need experience with taxes
- Live Chat

Minimum Requirements-
- Fluent English (Writing)
- a "go-getter-problem-solver" personality
- Positive, no excuse attitude
- Extreme amount of trust and loyalty
- Excellent communication skills and fun personality
- Full Time Availability - 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- High Attention to details (when applying please mention the name- of your high school in your first paragraph of the application so we'll know you've read it through).
- Bonus but not required: Experience using Klaviyo, Intercom, ClickFunnels (actually building attractive pages), CopyWriting, Tech Writing
