Web Developer - WordPress, Angular, AWS, Other

I'm looking for a full-time employee (40/hrs week), to build and maintain several websites related to real estate. Looking for an experienced developer (for a long-term position) that has skills in front-end, and back-end development Below is a high-level description of the requirements for one of the sites. I've also included a few website examples, that are very similar to what we will be building. Please be ready to show me examples of your work.

The primary site needs the following

1) HomePage - Company description, business overview, etc.
2) Landing Pages - Likely 3-5 landing pages for specific AdWord campaigns
3) Property/Lead Intake Form - Captures basic lead information and places the information into Podio.
4) Testimonial Page - Outlining reviews and client testimonials.
5) Buyers List Intake Form - Captures buyers information for people requesting to be added to the buyers list.
6) Property List - List of property for sale.
7) Blog
8) News Room.
