I need assistance with someone really being the backbone for a customer facing role. Your position would be answering phone calls, responding to emails, and even navigating through internal CMS system.

STRONG command if the English language in speech and writing is a plus. Someone organized and capable of also keeping me up to date with all developmental and interest areas.
