I need an Android Developer

Hi, i need an android developper to make a coloring app with this following tools:
Paint bucket,
Pencil,
Marker,
Stickers,
Eraser.
The app will contains 3 mode :
Coloring mode,
Drawing mode, ( trace a dashed image)
And a Glow drawing mode.
I have all the design and the structure of the layaouts you'll need in a PS file
