The Outbound sales specialist performs the following activities daily:
• Sets appointments with prospective clients through phone calls. This activity would require the specialist to verify information, explain procedures, and answer the questions of the prospective clients.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Maintains database information keeping it up-to-date, complete, and accurate.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as required.
