You will help with processing all orders received from all channels and through all means established. Assure that they are triple verified, properly packed, addressed to the proper party and assure the completion of the shipping process. You will co-ordinate with warehouse and logistics department on regular basis.

The best-performing candidates will eventually be in charge of managing other team members, training new team members.

Here are just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

• Speaks, Reads, and Writes Excellent Chinese & English
• Can use Skype
• Is willing to learn new skills & Can easily be trained on other tasks
• Can work full-time & when needed
Main responsibilities:

• Monitor the workflow in warehouses & orders received from all channels.
• Handles shipments efficiently to ensure smooth work flow from one work station to the next.
• Pick & pack retail/wholesale items based off of the printed packing slip for each order
• Package completed orders in the appropriate size box/envelope & ensures proper use of all supplies & materials
• Ensures all orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner & quality check orders.
• Coordinating with sales support and technical support concerning calls, air-freight,etc
• Ship UPS, FedEx, Air freight, and other orders & Operate Shipping software.
• Train new pickers, boxers and shippers.
• Making Inventory adjustments as needed & generate product replenishment orders.
• Assist Returns Supervisor with special projects.
• Communicates with management on any production issues that arise.
• Ensures quality and accuracy performance standards are met.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety, cleanliness and code of ethics.
• Follows all procedures and identify any changes that may be necessary, reporting findings to your supervisor.

General Skills Requirements:

• Ability to speak effectively with groups of customers and/or associates.
• Working knowledge of Host system and CRM system and the ability to learn new systems as needed.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and the ability to learn new systems as needed.
• Working knowledge of UPS, FedEx and other shipping systems.
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
• Must work well in group problem solving situations.
• Must respect the confidential nature of the information relative to duties.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and helpful
• Punctual and fluent English & Chinese & can communicate clearly in a team setting
• Dedicated, responsible, highly organized and able to priorities tasks with the ability to meet deadlines.
