Virtual / Sales Assistant

We are a technology startup launching in Singapore in the restaurant-listings industry. We need a virtual assistant to help our technology and sales team with web-based research and administrative data entry.

We don't need you to have prior experience in any area of responsibilities we list below (although it would be a plus). A GREAT ATTITUDE is the MOST IMPORTANT thing we are looking for!

Your duties include:
1 - doing web-based research on restaurants in keying in that data into an excel spreadsheet
2 - taking data from documents we provide and keying it into the excel spreadsheet
3 - helping the field sales team with administrative work such as issuing client-vendor contracts and keying in sales data into our database
4 - helping our sales team with appointment setting

You should have a stable internet connection for this job and most importantly a positive attitude!
