Experienced VA To start ASAP (30hrs aweek + Bonus)

We are seeking a VA to assist with our business operation.

Must have solid Customer service and Virtual Business Admin experience (minimum 3years).

Knowledge or Car body kits and accessories and Aquarium fish tanks would be highly desirable.

We will train you for each tasks and progressively hand over the tasks.

You must have Right Attitude to work, punctual, reliable, accountable, and trust worthy. You must have a dedicated quite work environment, with reliable Internet and Electricity and backup plan in case of electricity/ internet failure.

Your assigned duties will progressively involve the followings:...

Customer Service Duties includes:
- Email/Chat/Communication with the Prospects
- Customer enquiries
- Customer Complaint Handling
- Product Differentiation and Recommendation to Customers
- Sales Process Handling
- Dispatch process Handling
- Answering Phone, Follow up and on phone sales process


Marketing and Promotion Duties includes:
- Ebay Product listing and update
- Facebook Market Place listing and update
- Website Product listing and update
- Explore Marketing and promotional channels via new opportunities

Business Administration Duties Includes:
- Stock Control and management of Product movement, Arrival, inStock, inDispatch, inTransist, Arrival, Returns,
- Daily, weekly, monthly stock update
- Daily, weekly, monthly Sales Income update
- Daily, Weekly, monthly Expenses Update
- Daily, Weekly, monthly Cashflow Update
- Schedule of Payments for the next day, next week, next month
- Monitoring of the Dispatch and Logistics
- Documentation of existing logistic procedures and cost points
- Differentiation of cost point and savings based on conditions and criteria
- Any other relevant Admin duties that will arise from time to time.

Product Research and Business Development
- Monthly Assessment of existing products and cost ratio
- Monthly Assessment of competitive products and cost ratio
- Quarterly Assessment of logistics options and cost ratio
- Monthly Research and identification of cross selling, and up selling products
- Monthly Research and identification of cost in relation to order, supply and logistics of new products.
- Any other on Demand Research and Business Development duties that may arise


Must have Experiences includes Ebay Listing, Facebook Management, Customer Service, and Business Admin.

You will start on either of the two shifts in Sydney time (8-2:30pm), or (12:00pm to 6:30pm) with 2x 15min ---------- will be Monday- Friday 30hrs a week. You will be paid a base wage and also bonus on performance.

Base wage is USD $70/wk and bonus on reaching key target is 10% on month to month basis.

We will assess your performance on routine of 3 month basis and will reflect pay in accordance with your performance.
