Impact Foods is a business in its 4 year of operations. We deliver superfood ingredients (e.i. dried berries and fruits, supplements etc) mainly to the UK market but do also do export.
We primarily need help taking care of the following specific tasks:
checking incoming bills against orders/POs
uploading bills to Xero
approving invoices
preparing vat returns
preparing EC sales lists
monitoring cash flow and planning payments
sending regular weekly reports to the CEO (e.i. profit and loss)
and other relevant tasks
In addition we are looking for this person to be able to support our internal admin and fulfillment team. We currently have two main employees taking care of this but due to higher demand and also the necessity to have extras in case of illness we are in need of a 3rd person to join this team. The task will be varied and this part of the job will be based on the demand for extra support by the team. Important is that the person we hire for this position is very comfortable speaking on the phone with people, has excellent english in both speech and writing, and is conifdent in their ability to be organised and take proactive inititaive.
