JOB OVERVIEW

As Director of Business Development and Client Delivery, you will lead efforts to increase sales, revenue through the management of customer relationship activities, development of new and the expansion of existing business. The Director of Business Development and Client delivery will also directly manage the Client Delivery team to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to Customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall management of Customer Relationship activities
• Develop growth initiatives, through identification of new growth-oriented business
• Set revenue target and devise strategies for driving sales growth across the business
• Manage proposals, submissions and bids
• Participate in new business contract negotiations
• Act as a key contact for all customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
• Develop and maintain Total Quality Management systems throughout the Company to ensure that the best possible practices, products and services are provided to customers
• Directly manage Client delivery team and work with HR Department to ensure the recruitment and retention of highly motivated and well-trained staffs
• Prepare, implement and monitor the annual budget of the department to ensure that budget targets are met
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
• At least 8 years of working experience and 3 years in leadership position
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese
• Willingness to learn continuously and to adapt to new environment
• The ability to learn independently by doing, to think strategically, and foremost to execute
• Desire to creatively redesign one’s own job and free up time to do more
• Knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles and functions
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office
