NEW APPLICATION PROCESS STARTING 12/11/2013 LOOKING FOR START in the next week or two.
Looking for a full time Virtual Assistant to start immediately. You must be able to think quickly and handle multiple tasks at once. You MUST have the ability to work on your own and be trusted to put in a full days work without a lot of supervision. You will be responsible for managing the ins and outs of a web based client relationship management system, all social media and online marketing tools including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, video marketing and editing of videos, uploading of property information to single property website system and phone support. You will spend about 50%-75% of your time on the phone so great speaking voice, proper English is very important.
Must be able to work between 9am and 5pm Central Standard Time. Must be able to give 40 hours FULL TIME and have no other job. DEDICATED COMPUTER with WIRED internet access is required. Knowing WORDPRESS and SEO is a huge plus but not required as long as you are eager to learn.
This position requires a real go getter who will learn on the fly with the resources available online to learn new things. My ideal candidate is a self starter and self learner. I want to be able to tell you that "here is what I want to do" and you area able to find the resources to do what ever it is we need to do.
Common activities will include: Posting multiple ads to craigslist daily, making calls to prospects and/or current and past clients, working on wordpress based websites, importing leads from various sources into a common database (currenlty we use REALTYJUGGLER), set appointments for agents with prospects, take calls relating to property management such as repair requests and route to maintenance personnel, enhancing of listing photos using online photo programs and uploading to local MLS, putting final touches to videos (adding intros and exits) and posting to various places online for exposure including youtube.
MUST SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH.
Because communication with clients and prospects is critical in this position, you must speak excellent English.
