JOB OVERVIEW

Concrete Craft of Orlando would like an Office manager who can help with daily operations.

Daily tasks include:

-answering calls
-handling customer service (phone and email, must have previous customer service experience)
-light bookkeeping
-payroll (employees are paid hourly, and will be done thru a payroll company)
-scheduling sales appointments (no need for lead generation)
This a 40 hour a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EASTERN TIME ZONE - FULL TIME (not contract) job. The Philippines are +12 hours from Eastern time.
Since the company is in its start-up phase, we are expecting a little number of calls and emails. Scheduling sales appointment is not a sales role but plainly setting an appointment to potential client for further discussion of the business. I would like someone who is very positive, resourceful and is very INDEPENDENT in terms of doing tasks but knows when to ask questions. Training will be provided.
