WooCommerce Price by Country

Need Fix For:
Pricing based on Country on my WooCommerce WordPress website using Braintree PayPal checkout.

On checkout there is an error:
When you using the billing shipping field to switching to Euro or Pound it shows this message:
'Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.'

Checkout works on USD...

Maybe i have to add more Merchant Account IDs into Braintree???

Looking to build long term relationship with developers I have much more work than just this task.
