Looking for DEPENDABLE hard worker to edit podcasts

Hi, my business partner and I have started a podcast, and we are in need of someone to edit the podcast after we are done...basically to edit out the long pauses and "ums", "ahs" and the "I Know's", etc.

You will need audio editing software that can open the files, edit them, and re-save them. We are looking for someone with audio editing experience.

Currently, this is a part-time job and we are looking to pay per podcast.
