Seeking cold caller for real estate company

I'm looking for a enthusiastic individual that is friendly and courteous when talking on the phone to clients about real estate opportunities. The expectation is that you will need to speak English fluently, be energetic, wanting to genuinely help the client with their situation, and feeling confident in communicating with the client. The expected work hours are flexible but will need to be at the time frame of 8:00am EST - 5:00pm EST. (eastern standard time-zone). This position will offer a reasonable pay and strong bonus opportunities. Since this business pertains to Real Estate, a basic understanding of real estate is an added bonus but not a requirement.

The job duties will be to first learn a basic call script, and then gather the data that the client will give you efficiently so that you can implement it into a CRM system. Also consistent and daily communication with the company owner is a must requirement.
