We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, self-starter to join our growing team on a part-time basis that has the potential to turn into a full-time position depending on your performance and capabilities. Our hope is that we can find someone who will be with us for many many years to come. Ability to speak Spanish would be a big plus.
This position will require you to:
- answer and reply to calls from tenants for maintenance
- answer and reply to calls from new prospective tenants
- advertise units, performs tenant screenings, verify references
- schedule and coordinate showing of units
- prepare leases and move-in documents
- follow up on rent collections
- schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance
- follow up on work orders and maintenance requests
- all other aspects of property management
- help maintain and improve our properties and communities by dealing with tenants, vendors, owners, etc
*Ability to speak Spanish is a big plus. Please indicate in your reply if you can.
