General VA required for new Ecommerce Business.

I am looking to hire a well rounded VA to start immediately.

Required to Work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am- to 6:00pm, with the possibility of occasional weekend work required, but unlikely at this stage. All times are Melbourne Time.

About the job:

We are going to be building an ecommerce store based in Australia. Or two avenues of sales will be from our website, and ebay.

I will need an assistant to help me set up and eventually run the ebay side of the business for me. This mean posting products online and communicating to our customers.

For now, your main task will be posting ebay products online. We have thousands of products to get online so there is alot of work here, and will be ongoing.

Your Required jobs will be:

Creating ebay listings and posting them online.
Communicating with customers as we begin selling.
Helping manage my daily schedule.


Secondary jobs:

Market Research & competitor research.
Writing articles and blog posts on agriculture.

Required Skills:
Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ebay and pricing/postage structures.

Highly Regarded Skills:
Google analytics.
Google Adwords.
SEO (Keyword Research, google keyword tool and other products). If you have access to products such as SEMrush I would like to hear from you.
Adobe Photoshop.

Other Requirements:

You must have your own computer and an excellent, reliable internet connection. ie Your connection must be strong enough for us to have a face-to-face skype discussion.

Good english is a necessity, Confidence to talk on the phone to myself, and future customers would also be desirable.

You must have your own pay pal address, or similar service. I do not deal with Western Union.
