Property management

I would like to hire somebody for small amount of ours each month to handle rent collection. Property management experience is required, so please DO NOT apply if you don't have experience with property management. For know I need help only with rent collection that will require ability to call US number and text. But later I would like to get help with broader range of responsibilities. Experience with Section 8 is preferable.
