Online marketing for my new product

I am looking for someone who has hands-on experience to handle all online marketing aspects for my new product.

I have the exclusive online sales right of an outstanding product (see www.healwithyourhouse.com ) in the USA, but I do not have the time to handle the SEO, marketing, affiliate programs, link building, blogging, social networking etc

If this project takes off, I will be introducing a whole range of products, so you would be employed for a very long time, but I need to make sure that you have the required training and motivation.

My role would be to provide you with content (scientific articles etc), but what I would need for you is to build the online marketing, SEO, affiliate program in a fast and efficient way.

You would also have to take care of website modification/building, the existing one and the future ones, as well as social networking.
You will be alone in the beginning, but I do not expect you to be my assistant or handle customer support.
I will hire someone to do that as soon as sales start to take off.

If you are interested, I need to know the following :

- the type of role you would see yourself happy with
- I plan to build a team in the Philippines as the sales take off and I can bring new ideas to expand the business, so keep that in mind, you do not have to be expert in everything, if you know anyone who is also excellent in other domains, like marketing for instance, let me know
- what you are SURE that you can do to promote my online business (ie the things you are very good at)
- your weaknesses, the things you have never done and that you will need training later on
- the steps you would take to bring my site on top of engine searches and create sales

I will not reply to short replies such as 'I am interested in this job', you need to convince me that you are the person that I am looking for, and that I can build a whole team around you.

Do not bother about writing content at this stage, I will be providing it because that is my real strength, finding unique products and unique scientific content. The marketing stuff however, I really do not want to do, and I also have to find someone who is excellent at that.
