Various schedules available for you to work from home in your own office! Full-time, Part-Time and Split Shifts available! We are setting up an extensive virtual customer service network throughout the world to meet the global demand for our products. We currently are looking for individuals to cover these hours:
7:30am – 5pm EST
4:30am – 1pm EST
Weekends Hours Available
Receive inbound calls throughout assist customers with orders, fulfillment of materials to our distributors, answer general questions and take messages for senior staff members. Utilize call center computer technology to input, track and report customer’s issues. Provide online ticketed support via our internal ticketing system offering email support to our customers. Input and process orders via our online ordering system.
PAY:
TBD based upon previous experience and hours worked
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience required. High level of PC knowledge including familiarity with a Windows Vista or 7 or above environment. Outstanding multi-tasking abilities Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers in a fast paced customer focused call center. Ability to get along with others, accept constructive feedback and exhibit a positive attitude. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong decision making and analytical abilities. Must be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm.
Applicants with previous Infusionsoft experience are encouraged to explain their experience with Infusionsoft and give an overview of familiarity with the application. Having experience with IS will give you an advantage when applying over other applicants.
Home office space free of distractions. Functional computer with windows Vista or newer. Must also have a headset or microphone capability to take calls with no external noise or distractions
Must have stable internet with verification of speed of internet. If brown outs occur in your area, you must provide us with the current schedule of those events so that work times can be adjusted accordingly.
