Job functions:
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Requirements:
- High School Graduates accepted
- Excellent oral communication skills with outstanding English grammar and wide vocabulary
- Excellent listening skills
- High work ethic standards
- Ability to self-monitor to meet individual and team quality and attendance goals
- Complete entire training and probationary months without incurring absences and lates
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Flexible on shifts
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent - But we welcome new comers without experience as well, as long as you have the eagerness to learn.
