Your imagination is the limit in this role. You will have a blank canvas and have full authority for the entire graphical design and implementation process. Sure, your work will have to be approved before being accepted, but you will have complete control to do all the graphic designing your way.
As the key member of our Design team, your main responsibility will be to overhaul, design, create and develop all graphics relating to the business’s print and electronic communications for promotional, marketing and educational uses.
This role covers quite a broad area and will require a graphic designer experienced in working with information marketing businesses.
My Business is undergoing a major overhaul, and an integral part of the overhaul is the revamp of all our promotional material – including our websites, emails, videos, ebooks, physical book, magazine, company documents, social media, seminars, webinars, information products, banners, etc.
You will be responsible for the ground up rebuild of our entire company image... And the exciting part is that we are undergoing a massive growth phase and rolling out several unrelated businesses. If you love designing, then this could be the role for you.
Your knowledge of online and offline information marketing will allow you to integrate engaging, dynamic graphics to “maximize conversion of our enquirers into customers and to help increase customer retention into the future”. That is the purpose of this role.
In order to improve efficiency in the lead generation funnel, you will work with the SEO Specialist/ Webmaster in his mission to increase web-based conversion ratios, from the landing page all the way to the download and then leaving the sites. As such, you will provide the page layouts and graphics for the web site projects, including multiple custom landing pages, A/B split testing campaigns.
The graphical design work in Maximizing conversion of our enquirers into customers and increasing customer retention into the future will be your core responsibility. Therefore, you will be responsible for generating high quality graphics and templates for: websites, banner ads, social media pages – like twitter background, Facebook fanpage, Ebook covers, Physical Book cover design, CDs, DVDs, our magazine, brochures, seminar tickets, emails for autoresponders, information product packaging, and the like.
Your experience with creating Infographics will help you convert our existing low quality videos (view a
sample at: http://youtu.be/DQWtyHIsrL8) and audios and turn them into engaging and highly converting sales weapons.

Responsibilities and Duties include:
• Conceives ideas, concepts, and campaigns; designs and creates multifaceted communication materials in print and other mediums for a variety of instructional, promotional, and sales purposes;
• Provide professional recommendations for concept, design, art direction, production, print, and monitors quality control.
• Defines design criteria; develops concept and direction; proposes, directs and creates/edits art, video and photography.
• Operates a computer or uses traditional techniques for a variety of graphic design activities, including desktop publishing and layout, production, illustration, and prepress file preparation.
• Creates and develops media using digital art, video and photographic techniques.
Required Qualifications / Skills
• You will be creating templates in Apple Pages, therefore recent Apple Mac and iwork Pages/Keynote experience is ESSENTIAL. Note: you will need your own Mac for this role;
• You will be creating animated 2D infographics, so experience in creating infographics is ESSENTIAL, and you will be asked to provide samples of your previous work;
• Experience in the use of leading graphical design tools and software – such as Adobe creative suite, or similar is ESSENTIAL;
• Experience with video editing software is ESSENTIAL;
• You must be able to demonstrate freedom from colorblindness.
• Clear and detailed understanding of the common graphical design principles of the Information Marketing industry;
• This role is for a Mid level graphic design professional.
Personal Attributes
• College or University Graduate – perhaps a two-year college or trade school degree in graphic art and design, or related discipline;
• Exceptional creative skills: ability to think outside the box, step outside of the “normal” and really get creative. You will need good verbal and written English communication skills and ability to interact with management, freelancers, and internal resources;
• Has a natural inclination and passion to grow by making things better for him/herself and our company;

About the Role
This is a permanent part time role and you must be available to work 20 hours / week, and I am flexible on working hours.
This will expand into a full time role for the right person.
You will be paid via paypal, in PHP and the paypal fees will be covered.
You will be paid a 13th month payment around mid December.
You will be paid for Regular public holidays as per the Department of Labor and Employment’s mandate.

Speaking up, making suggestions and open honest communication is part of the deal. You will be treated very well.
You will be fully trained on all relevant systems and procedures – but not on graphic design principles and procedures. You will already have that.
At the end of each shift, you will be expected to submit a short journal of your daily work undertaken.
