ABOUT YOU:
For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:
• University Graduate ( English, Journalism prefered)
• Exceptional Written and Spoken English
• Ideally living in a city with minimal power and internet disruptions
• Experience in managing a team a big plus ;-)
• Fast Implementer & Self Starter
• Dependable & Trustworthy
• Detail Oriented (Very Important)
• Knowledge of SEO a huge plus - if not we will train you ;-)
• Well organized and comfortable assigning writing jobs to the team and providing constructive criticism.
• Work afternoon shift 5pm - 9pm M-F Manila time (balance of hours can be worked around your home life)

THE POSITION:

You will be responsible for the following:

Assigning writing assignments to team members currently 5 writers

Proof reading and editing all articles for perfect grammar, spelling and syntax.


Keep detailed reports of topic, words written and hours + payments to writing team
You will be creating the page titles, meta description to all articles
