REMOTE RESEARCH ASSISTANT

We’re growing at a faster pace than we’ve ever had, closing five high-profile projects in the past few weeks alone, so we’re looking to add a couple more Research Assistants to our team.

Here’s who we’re looking for:

You’re super passionate about people, their talents, their potential and business in general. You get some of your biggest kicks from finding the needle in the haystack; building relationships to uncover that superstar talent. You obsess over finding not just any candidate, but the best talent. You take pride in building and maintaining a solid network of professionals and peers. You are keen to work transparently and are process driven. At any point in time you can go on vacation knowing another team member can pick up exactly where you left off.

IMPORTANT: We are currently scaling both our Client and Candidate side of the business. Below we’ll describe the requirements for each individual side. You might be a good fit for both sides, or for one of them -- that doesn’t matter. You choose whatever you wish to do.

Client Researcher:

- Experience in conducting consultative Market Research and Sales calls

- In depth knowledge of LinkedIn and other social platforms.

- Have keen web research skills to develop highly personalised content for Sales emails.

- Be able to quickly understand a Market niche

Candidate Researcher:

- Experience in searching LinkedIn, social and job boards for the best talent.

- Experience in reviewing CVs and matching against a role profile.

- In-depth knowledge of interview skills and rapport building techniques

- Be able to create solid relationships within the chosen market

Characteristics that qualify you for the role:

- You’re a dedicated and helpful team player

- Highly motivated and maintain high levels of productivity with limited supervision

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication

- Willingness to learn new technologies and practices
