We are looking for the best of the best to join our team. To take an ordinary customer service role and make it extraordinary.

Ok, so what’s the role?
Inbound and Outbound Customer Service
Making and taking calls
Sending and responding to Emails/Instant Chat
Updating information on relevant platforms
Liaising with different departments
Decision making, problem solving, taking action

What are the non-negotiables?
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with particular attention to spelling, grammar and conversational English. We don’t want robots.
Full Home-based / virtual office setup (separate private room with no distractions)
Computer or laptop (CPU: Intel Core i3 or higher, Memory: at least 4gb, Operating System (OS): Windows 7 or higher)
A wired or wireless internet connection with at least 8mbps download speed.
A smartphone that has at least 4gb memory and access to internet (this is only a back-up system; primary requirement is a computer / laptop).
Team player, hard worker, attention to detail

The environment?
This is not an ordinary home-based role. We operate a corporate office from a remote setting.

How much experience do I need to have?
We believe that if you possess the right skills, you can pretty much learn any system, process or procedure. So whilst we expect some experience working with different systems, platforms, customer service type roles, we focus more on integrity, work ethic, enthusiasm, determination to succeed, cultural fit, etc. If this job description resonates with you, then you’re probably the kind of person we are looking for.

The pay?
This role pays Php 15,000 per month with a pay review after 12 months.

The hours?
38.5 to 40 hours per week.
