Flexx is a customized, all-in-one website CMS and CRM platform for businesses in the fitness industry. Our focus is on sleek and intuitive features for entrepreneurial gym owners to revolutionize the way their businesses seek and cultivate their prospects. The CMS has been in the market for over a year and seeing some great traction, while the new suite of features for the CRM are set to launch soon - with a waiting list of clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers to structure and implement backend processes
Design and build features from sketches/mockups to actually shipping products
Learn new languages and libraries, and develop new skills as a software engineer
Work seamlessly with a team of
Work with product team and UX designers to understand user interactions and iteratively build customer-facing features.
Ability to work in an agile environment and Iterate quickly based on customer and internal feedback.
Handle bug-fixes and Tier 2 support requests

Desired Skills and Experience
You have 2+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails and related frameworks
You have experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM, and AJAX.
Solid understanding of version control and deployment (GitHub, Heroku)
An eye for good design and obsession with making things simple and efficient
Willingness to learn and grow with adapting technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient experience using frameworks like Bootstrap
Experience with React is a plus (not required)
