Rock-star Cold caller and phone taker for real estate investing doing lead generation

Main duty is to cold call property owners that may be in distress and seeking motivation to sell. The position will also require you to take calls. Must speak good and clear English. Must have a good phone connection. Must have experience working with real estate investors. Must have experience with Podio CRM. Experience with Mojo dialer and/or other programs used by real estate investors are very helpful.

I need someone I can give a large task to with very few instructions and they are already trained well enough from the past that they can easily get it done. We will offer a small amount of training, but really we need someone that is already very experienced and ready to go!

Have you worked with pulling a niche list of some kind before? Code Violations, Probate, etc?

We also offer a bonus for every lead that turns into a deal. The bonus depends on the deal but will be at least $100.

A video application will be preferred. Hours for the position are 9am to 5pm Eastern U.S. time and 1pm to 2pm being an unpaid lunch/break. The job is 35 hours a week.
