Full Time Photoshop/InDesign Graphic Design Expert Needed For Fast Growing Company

I am hiring a full time Photoshop/InDesign Graphic Designer. I am looking for someone with fire in the belly that is target driven and looking at making more on top of his/her salary.

If you like marketing, copywriting, ecommerce, seo, and growing a business, this will be a great position for since this is mainly what we do.

ABOUT ME:
- I’m a serial entrepreneur building and selling 6 and 7 figure ecommerce, software and training brands in the US. - I have been in business for 13 years - I am a busy man as I need to make sure all my companies do well - I move fast & I expect the people that work with me to be the same - I am loyal to my employees & treat them with respect - I give bonuses for results (the right result will make me money and you should be
rewarded for that)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
-You will be in charge of our overall brands look and feel. - That includes our color scheme, our branding, our imagery, product images, as well as category and collection images of our ecommerce site.- Social media images, etc - It also includes some research to find commercial use images and designs that our company can license, and include in our product lines. -

Work 8 hours a day / 5 days a week

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
- Will pay daily for the first week / then Friday every week - Will pay bonuses for results - Will pay 13th month bonus - We give increase based on performance.

- Every month you work you earn 1 personal day which can be used as
sick day or vacation days (12 days per year) - These are the paid holidays: New Year’s day / Good Friday / Independence Day / All
Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 days)
