I am looking for a Personal Assistant to produce research reports, organise online activities
from emails, social media accounts, client support, Product launches, Manager my diary,
and focus on personnel & business development and the achievement our Business goals.
Key Accountabilities will include:
• fielding / organising skype calls, responding to correspondence, learning new software tools, researching Internet projects
• Develop positive and productive working relationships with clients, ie client support
• Support me in my diary and email management: setting up meetings; prompting them to review diary bookings;
alerting them to urgent email messages, ensuring security of information and levels of confidentiality are maintained.
• Use creative and organisational skills to support new internet projects, develop and implement plans for products & websites,
help create presentations via powerpoint/ keynote.
• Carry out general administrative support (including post, filing, photocopying, faxing) and maintain an up to date information
source for the department - manage purchases and subscriptions of websites, and other related stuff.
Key skills and competencies needed:
• Experience in providing a confidential secretarial and personal administrative support service as a virual PA.
• Experience in dealing with a wide range of internet websites and projects.
• Significant experience in using Windows and Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Outlook).
• Some experience with using data management.
• Experience and interest in learning new skills and software applications.
• Experience in preparing agendas and minute taking, in the drafting and editing of general correspondence, minutes and reports.
• Ability to manage a varied workload without supervision, to determine priorities for self and when working on several projects at the same time, in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyse problems and demonstrate autonomy and initiative to create, develop and implement successful solutions.
• Ability to set priorities to respond to changing circumstances and needs, to anticipate needs and be proactive.
• High level of personal and data organisation skills, particularly with regard to maintaining security of confidential data
Other things to consider:
• Must Have a Computer with good Internet Connection
• Must be able to install software programs on your own computer
• Must be a Good Communicator and keep in contact every day at this is a virtual job
• must be focused and dedicated and have 20 -40 HOURS A WEEK DEPENDING ON CONTRACT.
