Research analysis and simple mapping

I need help collecting the data for a Market Analysis in the Assisted Living Industry.
The data includes:
1. Demographic data for multiple zip codes and summary tabulation in Excel. (I can provide the initial links.) Production of summary tables.
2. Demographic data on incomes per zip codes and tabulation in Excel. (I can provide the initial links.) Production of summary tables.

3. Identification of all of the existing Assisted Living businesses in each zip code, tabulation of their location, contact information and number of “beds.” (I can provide the initial links.)
4. Identification of the vacancy or waiting list for each facility. (This may not be necessary.)
5. mapping on Google maps or other the location of those assisted living facilities. (I can provide examples.)
