JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are starting 3 new dropshipping business Our first shop released is : ----------

We require someone with great Product & Marketing to help to manage our product portfolio additionally the ideal candidate will need to have Customer service experience to answer customer messages on Facebook and Emails. Candidate will manage out 3 Stores at the beginning based on the store success we will add 1 or 2 people to carry the workload.

We will provide answers to the most common questions we ---------- om time to time, the candidate may be required to log into our Shopify store and look up orders, make changes to orders, or provide refunds.

The candidate has experience with e-commerce, a dropshipping business, and Shopify and Shopify Apps such as Oberlo, Aftersheep, Klaviyo, Optimonster, Facebook Chat, Recart,Smar7…

Duties include:


Store Product research and management:

Research new trending product in line with our brand objectives
Research possible products bundle inline with our brand objectives
Find the best supplier for these products assessing (order already passed, cost rating and others quality criteria)
Create appealing product descriptions and improve existing
Create products bundle in Shopify store
Propose optimization you think could improve store sales performance


Customer Management
Customer Order management: Fulfill order, Order Tracking Numbers, Check problem if any with suppliers with Shopify and Oberlo, Klaviyo
Solving customer inquiries such as the status of their order, how long before their shipment arrives, etc
Answer customers’ requests for refund
Answer customers General enquires
Solving customer problems such as a change in their order
Moderating comments on Facebook posts, hiding complaints, deleting slander
Checking messages on Facebook, answering questions
Manage Optimonster and Recart and Opt-In Message to improve customers conversion rate.




Store Social Media:
Manage social pages Facebook,Instagram,Pinterest
Moderating comments on Facebook posts, hiding complaints, deleting slander
Customer Review Management
Checking messages on Facebook, answering questions

Qualities needed to be successful:

Excellent English comprehension and writing ability
Courteous and compassionate customer service
Problem-solving ability

Facebook
experience
Shopify administration experience
Shopify Product Management
Oberlo experience is a plus
Experience with a dropshipping business is a plus
