SEO Expert Required - Link Building, social bookmarking, article submission, account creation, Wordpress.

Hi,

We are a UK based SEO company looking to hire a full time member of staff. Ignore our website, its only half done.

Myself and my partner have five years SEO experience and a number of large clients.

We are looking for an assistant to assist with all aspects of the business, although mainly with backlinking and SEO work. We use wordpress a lot so a knowledge would be good, although can be taught to the right person.

We are very fair people and are looking to employ the right person on a long term basis. If you look after then we look after you with regular pay reviews, paid holidays and a good working relationship. We will teach you skills..

However our search for a freelancer has not been good. So far we have only had people who do not communicate, go missing, make excuses and other stuff.

Our aim is communication.

Things like:

A simple email to say you are on the PC and have started work for the day

A report at the end of the day to advise what has been completed

And also the ability to think a little as well. To decide that this client would benefit from this..or that or even to suggest stuff to us?
