JOB OVERVIEW

Affiliate Responsibilities
Lead the Affiliate marketing strategy overseeing all relationships and programs across an array of retained partners while assessing the competitive landscape to deliver the best approach to meet and exceed the market
Manage relationship with Affiliate agency/app and affiliates
Take an analytical and ROI-driven approach to reporting back on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships depending on business priorities
loyalty/cashback sites and content creators
Establish a strong rapport within the brand and growth marketing teams, participate in knowledge-sharing across all influencer marketing channels, and handle transaction/cancellation/return inquiries as it relates to affiliates
Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, sales and scale brand awareness; ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand strategy and 360 approach
Digital Influencer Responsibilities
Lead the Digital Influencer/content creator marketing strategies and increase brand interest through the influencer channel, in a modern and innovative way, to new and existing audiences
Research, locate and engage potential influencers across all channels, and collaborate with them to develop new content and amplify our existing content
Develop close professional one-on-one relationships with top influencers/content creators and develop arsenal of up-and-coming partners across affinities to test new programs
Optimize, implement, and manage set of processes, timelines, work products, & operating procedures, including identifying new potential brand partners and key product pushes
Work seamlessly across internal brand, growth, product, editorial and creative teams
Develop and maintain documentation identifying and segmenting future and current influencer partners as well as a tracking mechanism to account for their posts and performance
Manage product trafficking for online influencer sampling opportunities
Skills/Qualifications
3-4 years of online marketing experience, with direct influencer marketing and affiliate management experience
Great written and verbal communication skills and an aptitude to manage delicate relationships with media and bloggers when needed
Highly organized and bring a high level of attention to detail and intellectual rigor, while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with site analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics) and building reporting through Excel/Google Sheets
Experience as client or within agency with Commission Junction, RewardStyle or like affiliate platforms
Experience with eCommerce required (fashion retail strongly preferred)
