VA Extraordinaire - Unbounce Setup

Hi there
We're looking for an experienced VA to join our growing team.
We're a digital advertising agency (think Google and Facebook ads) based in Australia.

You will need excellent written and spoken english skills. If in doubt, don't apply.

You are already a good communicator and you can get things done.
You like to follow processes and are a self motivated learner.

You take initiative, but you're also high in follow ---------- bothers you if you have unfinished tasks lingering. As a matter of fact, you will take initiative when someone is holding you back from getting your tasks done. By the end of the week you have 0 to dos left.

You like to read blog posts, books and listen to podcast or sign up for online courses. You need to learn new things. Once you found something that will improve your job or the business you work for, you make sure it gets implemented.

And most of all, you are fun and you have years experience as a VA.

This job will initially be for 10 hours per week, with the goal to hire the successful applicant full time within 2-3 months.

Your initial job will be to setup a number of landing pages in ---------- experience needed, but definitely a plus ;-)

Other future tasks will / might be:
answering incoming phone calls
checking emails and assigning them to team members
doing research
doing keyword research
finding stock photos to specs
adding blog posts to website
transcribing posts from a video
creating flow charts from sketches
creating emails in mailchimp
cleaning up data in CRM
reviewing performance
communicating with rest of the team
