We are a fast growing Amazon Seller based in United States looking for a Social media community manager. This person should be creative, flexible, and should have a strong passion for brand storytelling, an expert level with social media marketing, and the ability to express complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. You must have strong project management, time management and prioritization skills.

You will be helping grow and promote our physical product brands. Here are things you will be doing:
- Be the face of our brands on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Brainstorming, producing and executing social media content posts, campaigns, schedule
- Create engaging, funny, viral image or video posts
- Run our Facebook, optimize Facebook Ads
- Find, contact and work with influencers in the niche to get them to create content for our brand in exchange we give them free products
- Setup chatbots on ManyChat
- Monitor our content for engagement opportunities (comment on fb, instagram, YouTube and blog)
- Learn our business inside out so you can better help customers and fans
- Respond to social media posts and emails
- Be willing to expand your roles and learn new skills
- Excellent ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS
- Good Communication and Writing Skills
- Experience working on various social media campaigns

Creating and managing social media and building a brand following from scratch.


THE GOAL
The goal of this position is to build an audience/following and brand outside of the amazon space.
Build an effective email marketing list that keep customers engaged and up to date with all of our product lines.
Reach out to social media influencers and offer a free products in exchange for a review/promotion. Offer up to $50 via paypal or venmo. Have the influencer post about the product with an affiliate link in their bio so they can make money off of the product being sold. Have the influencer make a video review to post on amazon and take pictures. Have the influencer agree that we can use any material they create with our products.

OUR GOAL
The goal with selling on amazon is to be on page one and more specifically near the top of page one
During a new product launch it is important to drive traffic to a listing by any means ---------- is important to offer existing customers a coupon for a discounted product to keep them buying our products.
Another goal is to get each product to reach 21 reviews by any means necessary in the first month of sales. Any additional reviews from then on will help as well. Reviews will come by a combination of ---------- sert cards in products, auto email responders to the customer. You will be responsible for finding people on social media to buy our product for free in exchange for a review. This would work by having a customer buying our product at full price and then once they leave a review you can send them money back. You will be expected to line up a few customers before a product launches and have a few customers buy our product at full price every day and then leave a review once they receive the item.
