Customer Support Rep For A Male Brand

We are seeking a customer support rep/reps that are educated on the shopify platform to refund/exchange/change peoples orders. There will be training on how to use our 3rd party logistics warehouse to follow up on any problematic issues with our customers. You need to be good with people.
