Candidate Sourcer (Recruitment)

We are looking for someone to help us source potential candidates for our positions. The majority of your work will be concentrated in LinkedIn using our Recruiter account and utilizing our preferred searches. This will involve you reviewing each candidate's profile to determine which ones we should contact regarding our open positions.

Requirements:
Previous (and ideally, extensive) experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience using and compiling boolean strings
Being decisive with the ability to work fast
Fluent in English
Very tech savvy
Available M-F 8 hours per day
