Full Time Amazon Expert: Keyword Research, Listing Optimization, PPC, Flat File Uploads, Data Analysis, Back End Setup

VenturelyCo is a product venture and digital marketing agency based on Los Angeles and Hong Kong. We have a portfolio of brands that we use to test new features/capabilities and we are looking to expand our product offerings. We also currently serve multiple clients and manage their Amazon portfolios. We have a technology stack that we deploy to our clients and VenturelyCo is an official Agency partner for Teikametrics, the leader PPC management software.

We are looking for a rockstar team member to join us full time and help with all of the Amazon operations tasks across our portfolio. We have defined a lot of our processes to perform keyword research, optimization and PPC management, but we also need to continuously improve and are looking for a team member who will help push the envelope with us into becoming one of the premier Amazon agencies.

The ideal candidate would have experience and knowledge on the following:
- Performing detailed keyword research utilizing several 3rd party tools (Viral Launch, AMZTracker, Merchant Words, and more) and reports from Sponsored Products
- Summarizing and enabling tracking for highest performing keywords and performing indexing tests to confirm that keywords are being indexed.
- Creating keyword optimized listing content (titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords).
- Developing and deploying PPC campaigns utilizing the process/tools from Teikametrics
- Setting up complex and detailed flat file uploads and working through issues that always arise when uploading to Amazon's backend system
- Solving complex Amazon issues with listings (review breakups, stranded inventory, hijacked listings)
- Setting up additional Amazon features (loading EBC, setting up early reviewer program, creating promotions for different objectives)
- Performing detailed data analysis on profitability, returns, inventory planning and more
- Creating a process/system for performing daily/weekly/monthly tasks (addressing customer reviews, removing negative feedback, reimbursements, continuous listing optimization)
- Project managing these tasks in Asana with our team and coordinating with various team members and clients to request data/content needed to complete your tasks.
