Math Tutor Needed for Grades 10-12 (USA)

We have a daughter who is in 10th grade. Need guidance in Algebra 3, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Pre Calculus.

We are based in the USA and are 14 hours behind Philippine time (we are in the Mountain Time Zone).

All tutoring will be done online. We have access to Skype. However, we have never done this before so don't know what other physical equipment we need. Do we need to buy a tablet for writing and screen sharing?

If there is a good rapport between tutor and student, we will continue to use tutor for rest of 10th grade (until May 2019), 11th grade, and 12 grade. Fewer hours during school year. More hours during vacations. All tutoring needs to be done on weekends since week days are too busy.

Student understands concepts and is very diligent. She needs to improve confidence, speed, and accuracy.

Since student is female, female tutor is preferred.
