I’m looking for an assistant with great written english who can handle the lead generation in our fast growing Facebook Ads/Email Marketing ---------- the beginning, this is a part time job, yet it can become a full time job and we can give you more important tasks to handle if you’re a great candidate.

I’m a freelance with over 2 years experience in Facebook Advertising and digital marketing in general
After recently starting a company, we have some great 7-figure clients and just in the past 30 days we brought 600% ROI to one of our clients
I move fast and I expect people that I work with to be the same way
I’m loyal to my employees and I treat them with respect
I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
I run the company remotely, whilst travelling to different countries for extended periods of time. Right now I’m in Barcelona, Spain.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Send proposals to posts via Upwork. I will provide a special Upwork and a process to follow
Write great proposals that get business for our company
Work 3 hours per day, 5 days per week. (in the beginning)

ABOUT COMPENSATION

We will pay you daily for the first week then on a weekly basis after the 1st week
We pay bonuses for great work (if your lead generation efforts bring sales for us, we will reward you properly)
We pay 13th Month Bonus (for the candidate that qualifies for a full time position job which includes lead gen and customer support tasks)
