Amazon Customer Service Representative
Our company Sdara Skincare is an e-commerce company that sells skincare products on Amazon and our own website. We are looking for a customer service representative (CSR).

What does an customer support representative do?
The role will primary focus on Amazon customer ---------- will also include some customer service for our own website. The CSR will be the main point of contact for customers and potential customers. They are there to provide product/service information and resolve any concerns that our customers have.

What are the day to day responsibilities?
This job will be part-time 20 hours/week to start with the ability to increase to 40 hours a week later in the job.
Customer Service
Reply to all emails on Amazon & storefront and Shopify
Reply to all reviews on Amazon (positive and negative)
Manage Facebook Group & Manychat
Reply to all Instagram comments & DM groups ect
Inventory management
Shipping replacements to customer/ dealing with refunds
Product Research
Finding products
Finding suppliers
Finding quotes
Reaching out to customers for new deals and promotions
Creating systems to help the company grow
The harder you work and the faster you learn, the quicker we will increase your pay and responsibility in the company

What are the job requirements?
? Fluent in English both verbally and written
? Have excellent communication skills
? Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally with an Amazon company
? Have the ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively
? Show the hunger to learn and constantly improve at your job
? Have the humility to acknowledge that you can always improve
? Have the ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all
times
? Must be interested in turning the part-time role into full-time eventually
