Advice to job seekers!!

I am using my last advert to help candidates looking for work to understand what its like for employers.

I had a lot of candidates looking for work apply.

A. I was drawn to adverts with proper cover letters specific to the job advert and not some generic wording

B. Language which is very Americanized like " hiring me is like having 10 super- star workers etc". It sounds so insincere and not professional. Professional boundaries must prevail.

C. Similar to the above, i found lots of religious talk quite off putting. God bless in every conversation was off putting. One candidate wrote " i am a Christian ( don't hold it against me)" which is a very strange and inappropriate thing to write to a prospective employer.

D. Women..... please don't mark yourselves down. I noticed that the men might have only 2 years experience and be 21 and yet give themselves 5 stars, and the women might be 35 with 15 year's experience and only give themselves 3 ---------- t sure why the women are so humble but realise that your co-workers are more confident
