T shirt Graphic Designer

I am looking for a Designer to work with designing T shirts. I am testing people out on a temporary basis. I am hoping to find some one to work with long term and join my team.

*Experience with photoshop or like designing software.
*Tshirt design experience
*Ability to illustrate your own drawings
*Creative
*Good Communication skills
*Copyright/infringement knowledge
