Shopify Print on Demand Graphic Designer

I'm looking for a graphic designer for a Print on Demand Shopify ---------- order to test out a couple designers, I have something called a probation period where you will be paid $250 to be my full time designer for 30 days, and at the end of the 30 days if your designs sell well I will up the pay to $500 and I will even pay up to $1000 if you produce a big winner!

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Will have 4 years of graphic design experience and at least 2 years designing t-shirts

2. Experience with Print On Demand Platforms (CustomCat, TeeLaunch, Printful, Teescape, etc.)

3. Is a creative person

4. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator

Expectations:

For full-time employees, I expect:

- An average of 6 designs per day

- Communicate Everyday on progress

- A creative touch :)

- Attention to detail (Start your job application with:

What you will expect from me:

I will pay you at the end of every month via PayPal.

To start this hiring process:

1. Please provide a link to your portfolio with ONLY t-shirt designs. I am looking for your abilities in Typography and Abstract designs, make sure you include those!
2. Are you fine with the 30 day period above?

3. I am looking for a designer who can make me designs that sell. Have you ever made a design that sold online alot? If not, what will you do to your design to ensure people want to buy it?

4. Tell me how many days & hours you can work.
