Responsibilities
• Can successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations
• Collaborate with others to ensure the customer issues are resolved
• Understands the concept of “solution delivered” on first contact

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly base wages starting at PHP 15,000

Requirements

• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Must have completed high school and/or at least one year in college in any field
• Preferably with collections, sales, or customer service experience in a call center industry (exposure to international clients would be an advantage)
• Preferably minimum of 1-2 years experience in the BPO industry
• Must possess excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Must have working knowledge of computers and the internet; can type 25 wpm
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Full time positions are available.

Work From Home Requirements:

• Must have HIGH SPEED DSL CONNECTION from either our trusted providers: PLDT, BAYANTEL, SKY CABLE INTERNET
• You must be on a minimum of 2mbps plan that gives at least 1.5 Mbps of download and .300 to .350 Mbps of Upload speed
• Computers PC/Mac should be at least running on intel dual core with Windows Xp or higher OS. For Mac, You should run at least OSX 10.6 or higher
• Knows basic computer troubleshooting
• Able to work with very minimal supervision
• Must be willing to work with time tracking tools
• Must be able to work and be fully available for 8 hours minimum (for full time position) and can render dedicated hours for the company.
• We highly discourage double jobs
• Be able to respond and finish tasks on deadlines
• Must have a professional environment. Applicant/Candidate should have NO background noise such as, cars, public vehicles, kids, pets and others.
• Must be willing to start and be trained. ASAP
