Experienced Growth & CRO Marketer

We are a startup in the Marketing Automation space with an exciting project that is new to market. We have an initial base of users and a mature platform that was started by a team of 4, 3 years ago. We are a fast moving company in need of a dedicated and results driven growth marketer. Our goal is to help our members grow their businesses using our platform. The ultimate goal is to service over 50,000 businesses. (and we need your help to make that happen)

Our team works remote, using slack, allowing you the chance to be located anywhere there is an internet connection (ideally with decent speed). You can choose your own hours, although a bit of overlap is ideal for quick catch up chats and strategizing. A few times a year we travel for events, which you will be very welcome to join, and also have meetups with other team members.

What roles will you fill?

- Help setup and then lead the growth of multiple acquisition channels, such as paid search and social media ads (FB, YT, Twitter, Quora, Linkedin etc.)
- handle content from our writer and handle the social media accounts (until we grow to a size to fill this position, then you will manage this person)
- Copywriting & creating compelling copy when needed
- Multiple testing experiments setup and managed (analyzed and optimized) aiming to increase conversions.
- Finding new strategies and methods for growth, then implementing them
- Increase engagement rates and create ROI on Social Media profiles
- Help with customer success and churn reduction strategies and content.


Our ideal candidate has/is:

- Self motivated and gets things done
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- fast mover to take advantage of an idea or strategy
- Team player, and leadership qualities for future advancement to team lead
- Experienced with tools such as Analytics, Amplitude, HotJar etc.
- Experienced or established profiles on Quora, Reddit, Linkedin and similar sites
- 3+ years prior work experience in the field
- History with running paid ads (Adwords, FB etc.)
