EXPERIENCE:
MUST have at least "One to Two years experience in" Cold Calling and Appointment setting" with Real Estate leads".
We need a Rock Star VA that is familiar with using Vulcan 7, Ring Central, CINC , Google Account and Google Voice.
Be a self achiever and Desiree to Grow and do better.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent in English (oral and written) natural voice preferred. Good speaking voice and Phone skills.
Must have reliable internet, computer and headset.
Must be comfortable with Cold Calling and Apt setting, have Real Estate Cold Calling experience.
Proper follow up on all potential leads.
Able to call during USA hours ---------- Holidays included.
PayPal Account.
Able to close the deal-5 deals per month-( Five qualified apts)
Can start ASAP. Has excellent organizational and time management.
Must be persistent, very hard working, HONEST, and results-oriented
