Experienced VA needed for a BPO related project launch

Looking for experienced part-time Virtual Assistant that can help manage affiliate / ambassador online applications for our lucrative BPO / Outsourcing related project launch.

Outsource Accelerator (OA) is the world’s leading outsourcing expert and is about to launch the exciting 'Brand Ambassador' program.

The applicant should be (i) an experienced VA, or freelancer with a track record of numerous business clients, (ii) ideally based in the Philippines and (iii) familiar with the BPO/Outsourcing industry.

Applicants must review the product, and demonstrate that they understand it so we can shortlist candidates.

Core responsibilities:
- Helping managing a community of high earning ambassador partners
- Organising of online applicants
- Scheduling in Calendar for interview
- Updating Smartsheet for status of applicants
- Sending of email/communicating with Applicants regarding their status

Schedule:
-2-3 hours/day
-5 days/week
-No fixed time, as long as within Philippines business hours [8am-5pm]
